Highlights from the 36th Annual Rabbi’s Conference:
“Future Challenges to Overcome”
Challenges of Leadership: 1) Change is necessary to respond to times. Secret of change is to focus on NOT fighting the old, but build the new. Old ways do not open new doors. 2) New generation is coming forth; help equip and lead them into ministry as we hand off responsibility. 3) Age 70 is the new 50; as we age G-d desires us to be more productive. No stepping back or retiring, be fruitful. 4) Leaders in the end, there are consequences from what you create and what you allow in ministry.
