Weekly Announcements

Dear Mishpachah [Family]:

Torah Service: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM. The Torah reading for Tammuz 10, 5782 is Numbers 19:1–22:1 called Chukat, meaning “An Enactment”. Haftorah reading is Judges 11:1-33. The Writings in Messiah is John 3:10-21.

Oneg/Lunch: 12:01 PM to 1:00 PM.

Women’s Bible Study 1:00 PM: Present topic is “Eight Covenants of Adonai”, and we are currently on the last and final covenant, the “Renewed Covenant”. Note: Next week (16th) the Ladies will be going on a field trip to see the Tabernacle Furnishing in Mishkan Ministries off Old Pascagoula Road. Cost is $12.00 per person payable to Nancy Barnes. Then the week of 23rd, Grant Luton will be speaking. Bible Study Class will resume the 30th of July. Thanks


Dance Practice–Thursdays at 4:30 PM. Good time for new people to come and learn the worship of dance.

July 8th–Amazing fireworks display at a friend of Margaret’s who lives on a lake. We will meet at CTL parking lot to carpool and leave around 7:45 PM. There is limited parking so we need to take as few cars as possible. Please bring lawn chairs and a flashlight. Fireworks will last about 45 mins. No bathrooms are available.

Food Outreach–July 31st, Sunday with set-up time of 1:30 PM.

Congregation Tree of Life, 8715 Jeff Hamilton Road, Mobile, AL 36695 on July 23, 2022 at 10:30 AM Shabbat Service. Then, after Oneg, he will be speaking again beginning around 1:00 PM.
